CREW RECRUITMENT AND SUPPLY SERVICES

Our selection includes the following parts: previous seafaring experience, assessment reports from employers, sufficient English proficiency and possessing all necessary STCW 1978-2010 certificates. With ISO9001:2015 and MLC 2006 Certificates, we always control our good services provided to international Customers.

  • Providing Vietnamese crew (fully trained and certified according to SCTW 1978-2010)
  • Providing the entire crew or each position/title according to the requirements of each Customer’s project, flexible time (Both short term: sea trial/ship delivery, or long term)
  • Providing experienced crew, suitable for many different types of ships: cargo ships (container ships, bulk carriers), oil/chemical tankers, gas carriers, oil and gas service ships…
  • Reporting, managing and verifying crew certificates/certifications. Applying licenses and certificates according to the regulations of the flag state
  • Arranging travel schedules, uniforms, accommodation, meals… for crew members changing shifts. Entry procedures and visas for crew members
